FSBO [fiz-boh] is an acronym for "For Sale By Owner" and is normally used to describe a situation where an owner is selling their property without the use of a Real Estate agent.

Can I list my own property on the Network?

A property listing on the Network can be created through one of our affiliates. Once your registration through the affiliate has been completed, it will be uploaded to the Network.

How do I find an affiliated FSBO business?

What services do FSBO businesses provide?

FSBO businesses offer various types of services to assist owners in selling their properties themselves. These can include: providing basic information on selling; an internet listing of their property; professional signage; and arranging a briefing session by a professional sales person on how to be successful in selling your property.

Who can search the National FSBO Network?

Absolutely anyone can search the Network. Our sole objective is to provide private home sellers a wide audience of potential buyers through national exposure.

Is there a fee to do a search?

No fee is charged. There is no requirement to login or register in order to use the service.
